Benefits
We will provide the Aqara Authorized Resellers and retailers with the following benefits:
a. Access to official Aqara Marketing assets: High-definition pictures of the Aqara logo & products & lifestyle pictures, one-pager, marketing text & copyrighted POS material design, marketing videos, leaflet design, etc.
b. Technical and sales training through webinars and official product training documents.
c. get the chance to be listed on the Aqara website’s “where to buy” page to refer new customers to your store.
d. dedicated marketing campaign together with Aqara distributors, including but not limited to product launches, sales promotions, and priority to have the product delivered from Aqara Distributors.
e. Opportunity to obtain technical support directly from the Aqara team
f. Approved applicants will be registered into the Aqara company system.
Unauthorized partners will not be offered the benefits above.
Basic criteria
a. A working and professionally maintained website.
b. Web page/shelf dedicated to Aqara products.
c. A physical company with a physical business address.
Responsibilities
Aqara Authorized Resellers and Retailers agree to the following
a. comply with local Aqara MSRP and not maliciously apply market price.
b. Maintain accurate Aqara product information on the (virtual) shelves.
c. business scope can only be the territory/scope agreed on in the contract between Aqara and Aqara Authorized Distributor.
d. Acknowledge that commercial term information from Aqara distributors is strictly confidential.
e. offer after-sales service and technical support to the customers
Procedures of
Authorization
- The Authorized Reseller and Retailer Program will be managed by Aqara in association with Aqara Distributors.
- Complete and submit the application form and send it to overseas@aqara.com for approval.
- If the applicant currently purchases Aqara products through an Aqara distributor, the Aqara distributor will forward the applicant's info to the Aqara sales representative or send it for approval.
- After your application has been reviewed per our reseller and distribution policies, we will contact you in 5 working days.
Aqara maintains the right to disqualify authorized partners and modify, suspend, or discontinue the program. Distributors, Authorized Resellers, and retailers will be notified of any changes to the program.

承認されていない業者には、上記の特典は提供されません。
基本要件
a. 正常に運営および管理されているウェブサイト
b. Aqara製品専用のウェブページ/陳列棚
c. 実際の事業所住所を持つ実体のある会社
責任
次の事項に同意します:
a. AqaraのMSRP（メーカー希望小売価格）を遵守し、不当に市場価格を操作しません。
b. （仮想）展示棚に正確なAqara製品情報を維持します。
c. 事業範囲は、AqaraとAqara公認販売業者間の契約で合意された地域/範囲内に限られます。
d. Aqara代理店の商業用語情報が厳格な機密情報であることを認識します。
e. 顧客に対してアフターサービスおよび技術サポートを提供します。
認定手続き
- 認定販売代理店募集プログラムは、AqaraとAqaraディストリビューターが協力して管理されます。
- 申請書に必要事項を記入して提出し、承認のために overseas@aqara.com にご送信ください。
- 申請者が現在Aqaraディストリビューターを通じてAqara製品を購入している場合、Aqaraディストリビューターは申請者の情報をAqaraの営業担当者に送信します。
- 申請書を審査した後、5営業日以内にご連絡いたします。
Aqara は、認定パートナーの資格を剥奪し、プログラムを変更、一時停止、または終了する権利を留保します。プログラムの変更については、ディーラー、正規ディーラー、小売店に通知されます。
